The evolution of digital financial services (DFS) has been driven by a high mobile phone and internet penetration, user centric design of financial products for seamless user experiences, enabling regulation and robust marketing and distribution that have increased the understanding of the customers on the use and benefits of DFS.

Financial service providers need to adopt technology to exponentially increase their clientele and provide an even greater customer experience. Knowledge and skills improvement in digital product development, DFS risk management, DFS product marketing and where agents are deployed effective management of agent networks is key to success.
