The evolution of digital financial services (DFS) has been driven by a high mobile phone and internet penetration, user centric design of financial products for seamless user experiences, enabling regulation and robust marketing and distribution that have increased the understanding of the customers on the use and benefits of DFS.

Knowledge and skills improvement in digital product development, DFS risk management, DFS product marketing and where agents are deployed effective management of agent networks is key to success.
Meraki Africa has built capacity for a variety of digital finance providers across Africa through practice-based philosophy which focuses on transferring knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary for effective application of learning by digital finance practitioners.
